Prior Shipping

For all made-to-order dolls, we will send you photos before making the shipment. Please make sure you submit the correct email address so that you can receive your doll photos. And make sure that our email won’t go into your spam box.

Shipping and Packaging

Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the constant improving or worsening conditions in different countries, the Covid-19 Shipping Time is only indicative. All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box. The contents will be stated as “Mannequin” on the customs declaration.

Average Making Time
Made-to-order dolls:
USA & 2-3 weeks on customized TPE sex dolls (implanted hair may extend processing time).
4-8 weeks on customized silicone sex dolls.

Average Shipping Time
Made-to-order:
USA & Canada: 7-15 days
European Union: 35-50 days
UK, Switzerland, Norway: 10-35 days

In-stock dolls:
3-10 days (For the USA orders only)

Shipping Method

we work with FedEx, UPS, DHL to transport your real sex doll. If you want to appoint a shipping method, please message us in your order note. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can contact the courier to schedule a delivery on receipt of the tracking number for your package.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is FREE to all countries – worldwide. We do not ship to countries that have strict laws regarding sex toys (India, Brazil, etc).

Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product to us. Shipping Costs are non-refundable if you decide to return a package. Depending on where you live and the shipping method you use the time it will take for us to receive your product will vary. Additional shipping costs incurred due to the customer need to be borne by the customer.

Return & Order Cancellation

Cancel Order
All of our products are customized to customers’ requirements. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours, and 5% will be charged as a transaction fee. If we have launched production, orders cannot be canceled for any reason. Or else, 20%-30% will be charged as a handling and restocking fee.

Faulty Items
If default options are chosen and your doll looks different from the first photo on the product page, please contact our customer service at the reception of your doll. We will arrange a replacement of the doll or will send you replacement parts depending on the nature of the problem. You must send the doll back to us within 3 days from receipt of goods if you choose to replace your doll. Please make sure the doll and package are brand new and never used before you ship them out.

Damaged Items
We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us in 3 days by sending pictures or videos to sales@realsexdoll.com and we will find the best solution for you ASAP. For slight damage due to shipping, we will provide a kit for you to repair. For severe damage, you should take an unboxing video and photo, or else we cannot make sure who is responsible for this.

Missing Items
Check your package to confirm every item you want is there. If you find something is missing, contact us as soon as you receive the package.

DO NOT RETURN OR REFUSE THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY. And don’t send any package to the address information on the package, which is not valid to receive a returning package.
