What is the order process?

Dear RealSexDoll friends, If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase them, please read the order process below.

1. Select and Customise Your Favorite doll

Step 1

Click on the product you are interested in.

You can also customize the head, body size, add accessories, etc. by clicking the option image of the selected product.

3. Click on the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom.

4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the pop-up window or the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 2

In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.

If you have a promo code, please find the “Coupen Code” input box under the product in your chat, enter your promo code in the box and click “Apply Coupon”. If the code is correct, the price will be reduced. If the price does not change,  please contact us.

To continue, click on “Proceed to checkout”.

Step 3

Enter your shipping details by filling in all the fields marked with an “*”. Please ensure that your address information is correct and make notes in your order if you have other additional requirements..

Important note:
If you are a registered customer, your delivery details will be filled in automatically.

3. Check your email

You should receive an order confirmation email.

4. Production

Depending on the brand you choose, it takes around 1-4 weeks to produce a sex doll.

5. Confirmation

We will send you pictures and videos of the sex dolls you have ordered for confirmation before we arrange delivery.

6. Shipping and Customs Clearance

Stock dolls will be shipped within 24 hours. The custom dolls will be shipped after confirmation of pictures and videos. Once your doll has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to your email address within 3-4 days. Delivery usually takes 7-15 working days. Actual shipping times will vary from country to country due to shipping distances. In some countries, import duties may be payable on delivery. This usually ranges from $100 to $200, with the difference in tax value depending on the doll. Please be responsible for import taxes and fees and also keep your receipt and we will refund 50% of this up to a maximum of $150. Find out more about our shipping guidelines here.

7. Delivery and Review

Once you have received your sex doll, please take good care of your sex doll during its use and handling. Find out more about cleaning and caring for your sex doll here! If your sex doll is defective in any way when you receive it, please contact us promptly and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
